I made the base of the tag from regular white cardstock, I cut the tag myself, using CM's oval cutter to do the curve at the top of the tag. The tag folds in 1/2 like a little book. The background is a piece of cool paper and I stamped the word create in versafine blue on it. Added a spiral clip and fiber..
