I had such fun creating this layout. I used a background paper that's been in my stash for a while but modified it with paint and stencils. The heart, doily, and twine were recently won from the 5 Ingredients Challenge (thanks MarciLB). I used the same paints & stencils to alter the heart and then painted the twine to match it.
I haven't added a photo yet as I'm still trying to decide which one to use. Once the pic is added I'll put my journaling to the left of the heart.
