A simple card that was lots of fun to make. I started with a pile of napkins (yes, the RIP is made from collaged napkins) to create the topper. The background is simply torn paper over an inked patterned paper.
I just can't do without matte medium - love it for decoupage, collage, and as glue for heavier embellishments. The other adhesive I can't live without are foam pop dots! This card will be donated to the BC Childrens Hospital.
