This Lo is for the August Scrap Pack challenge using photos from baccalaureate Dec 2003. I had to use all the items in the bag, and only those items, plus paper and adhesive! Tough I know, but fun and challenging! I used Tsukinek’s walnut ink and “aged” most of the materials. Plus this is the first time I have tried the sepia button on my computer.

Journaling reads: Your love has been the best gift you could ever give me! I want to thank you for helping me through the tough journeys of nursing school. On top of just nursing school we had moved three times, adopted a puppy, went through financial ups and downs and way downs, vehicle troubles, I had switched jobs three or four times, and we survived!! I could not have done it without your love and support. You helped me study, helped with household duties, helped me stay sane, and most of all, you made me laugh when I just wanted to break down from the stress, you kept me from falling down. Thank you with all my love, Heather

The items received in the scrap pack were:
1 red pipe cleaner – title “Love”
2 red square mini brads – upper photo corners
4 black round mini brads – one above the mirrors and the other three for the corners of the journaling
2 large white feathers – in the “gift”
2 smaller white feathers – in the “gift”
1 wooden heart – stained, sanded, and decorated
1 white paper bag – stained & the “gift” wrap
1 large square tile sticker – date accent
2 small square tile stickers – date accents
4 white pom-poms – in the “gift”
1.5 ft hemp cording – “gift” tie & tied to the triangle charm
2 ft white craft lace – this was the hardest to place!
1 large square mirror – accent left lower corner
1 small square mirror – accent left lower corner
1 square of black & white material – matting for the large pic
1 triangle charm – on the heart

With all teh items it wouldn't stitch it together well, so it cut off a little from the bottom and made it look at an angle. Plus you can't see the three sprigs of whit lace well in the gift. TFL!!!
