I made an x on the front and cut it with an exacto knife then torn out the center. The torn edges are inked a bit for definition. The sticker (psx) is on the inside of the card and I stamped the word on a scrap piece of paper that was dtp'd. (Direct to Paper - smoosh ink on to color the paper then overstamp.)
