Lucky to have "U"

This is for the split negative card challenge. I have never done this technique before, so for me it really was quite challenging! :) I don't know if it's just me but when I look at a split negative, sometimes I can't even tell that the image has been swapped. CRAZY! After racking my brain of how I could possibly do this without large stamps or embossing powder, (which I don't have, need to get some) this is what I came up with. I used the computer to create my lettering and then just swapped the colors, printed both out, tore across the "U" and matched up the other "U" along the tear. This really did turn out to be a fun technique and I know I will use it in the future! TFL.
