I couldn't resist this sweet smiling cloud paper and image. In their 6x6 paper pads, Doodlebug design includes small squares with cute images and sentiments that are perfect to add to cards. I triple matted my rain cloud image with rainbow striped patterned paper, white cardstock and a blue vellum scalloped square. (To make the scalloped square I used a scallop rectangle die and used the partial die cutting technique to make a custom sized square.) I added three coordinating star print strips to either side of the square. Foam dots add a bit of dimension to these pieces. I repeated the rainbow print along the left edge of my background and added a thin strip of white cardstock and a scalloped strip of blue vellum to the right side of it. I double matted the card with white cardstock and more blue vellum. Lastly, I tied on a twine bow with a star center. I did add Clear Wink of Stella to the lettering, all the stars and the cloud image but it unfortunately doesn't show in the picture.
