Evening Purse Birthday Card

Fun birthday card for a friend who is a handbag fanatic. Base is black linen-textured CS, cut on the Brother Scan 'N Cut to get the curved flap. I ran the top section through a quilted-pattern embossing folder, added a slightly smaller hot pink panel to the interior for the greeting, attached a gold mirror-board bow made with the WRMK Envelope Punch Board to the front with a glitzy rhinestone brad and glued gold cording between the outside and interior layers for carrying. All in all, a very simple card that will make a big impact with any purse-lover.
