Okay, everyone is asking me. It's so easy! First, I used Ranger acid-free Perfect Medium to stamp the image. Then I sprinkled clear embossing powder over that and used my heat gun to dry it. That gave it that beautiful shine. Then I used Ken Oliver Ptalo Green Color Burst powder, sprinkling a bit on my Best Ever Craft Mat, and spritzing water on the powder, before painting over the entire card front. Because I clear embellished first, the watercolor repels from the stamp, and that's how you get that effect! It's fun and it looks so awesome!
