I love this LO. You have everything well spread out and lots of wee flowers, lovehearts, text etc that is also well spread out, I think this page reflects the excitement of a 2nd birthday. Good Job!

I love it. It is well balanced. Color tone and match are perfect. Its something you are going to remember forever. Keep it up. You won't be sorry. Someday you can say, see looky here what yer mama did.. Keep the memories, that's what this is all about! I did a couple of layouts, maybe I'm too serious or something. I'm not going to scrap exactly, just do what I'm capable of.

Maddie Kate 2nd Birthday

Maddie's 2nd Birthday layout, I am way behind. I just was purging through my pics and got a bug in my pants to do this page. Plus I can't decide on only a few pictures for a layout, and this event had the fewest pictures. :) I liked it when I made it but I am not sure if I like how it turned out. Seems a little off balance. But I am trying to break free from being such a perfectionist so this is the result :) Please give me your honest opinion. Kudos are nice but I do want to get better :) So I will take constructive criticism gladly. I like to save paper so what I did was fold the purple sheet in half diagonally and use the edge of my fiskars template and cut the paper in half using the scalloped edge of a template, then I did the same with the other patterned paper but just cut a straight line and taped them together in the bag, laying the purple sheet on top.
