Crazy Loco

Journaling Reads:
On this day, September 27, 2006, I became the crazy diaper lady. Let me give you a little background info…

While pregnant the decision was made to stock up on diapers to ease the financial burden later. A friend lended her advice that White Cloud diapers were cheaper, and still good quality, so…White Cloud is was!

After Hayden was born, and several peeing out of the diaper experiences later, I decided I wasn’t a White Cloud mommy…I was a Pampers mommy! After much procrastination I finally decided I was going to take back our mini-warehouse of diapers…and besides, If Craig opened up one more pack I’d probably scream. Daddy’s just don’t understand.

So, as I pulled up to Wal-mart and started to unload, my stomach turned into knots. I was about to be the crazy diaper lady. Just me, one buggy, and 11 packs of 104 count White Cloud diaper boxes. As I made my way to the door more and more people stared. In the store: the greeter, manager, and cashiers all stared. I could see the gears turning in their heads…“What in the heck is she doing?” After 11 pink return stickers I pulled up to the Customer Service Cashier. The Cashier’s look on her face filled me with enough embarrassment to last me the rest of the year.

After all was said and done I’m $136.00 richer from White Cloud diaper stock. And, In our small Community among the Wal-mart workers I’ll forever be the crazy diaper lady.
