oh, yeah, baby!! LOVE the colors here! The color of your shirt with the b/w is hot. great journaling. I wish I knew the runner's high.... *sigh* I only know the "Dang, is it time to go to the gym again" feeling at 0515. *double sigh*

Runner's High

I took this picture after a run and it is actually the first shot I took. I did nothing to this pic...I left it "as is". No tweaking, etc.

I had alot of fun with this lo. Hope you like!

Journaling reads:
runners high, medically defined as the euphoric feeling you obtain after physical activity due to the release of endorphins in your body. to me it is much more. it is the feeling of knowing when your mind said your body couldn’t go anymore your heart reminded you it could. it is the presence of freedom. free of all inhibitions and worries. the carelessness of dress. the only make-up you wear is the sunshine on your skin and the only heals you wear out are the hills you run up. a sense of pride, a sense of self, a sense of being. runners high - very addicting!
