Grandma’s kitchen. In all the years I visited and remember, this kitchen never really changed. The white tiles were gone by the 1970s and a huge enclosed porch running the width of the house was added so that little kitchen window was changed. A small pass-thru was added when the created a space for their washer and dryer to the right. They were kitchen pioneers during their day - they had an open-concept kitchen/dining area so behind that sink area were a stove and a potbelly stove. I have so many good memories of that kitchen (and family gatherings)!
