Oh how can I describe this decadent, creamy, fluffy chocolate-y goodness? Every year, my favorite bakery makes special confections for a limited time. This year, they outdid themselves. The beautifully molded bittersweet chocolate flower pot is just thick enough to safely contain a layer of decadent, creamy yet airy milk chocolate mousse. Thinly layered was white chocolate with a bit of raspberry preserve - adding just a bit of tartness. Another layer of mousse (dark chocolate) covered with finely crumbled cookie “dirt”. The focal point, though, is that beautiful, 100% edibles flower confection.
