I created this layout for the reuse and recycled challenge. It was very cool creating this lo. This is my oldest son, he's almost 37. He was diagnosed with Autism at 3 1/2 years old.
He's an amazing guy and certainly one of my greatest blessings.
Ok, so this definitely challenged me, I love a challenge ~ I used my son's favorite OLD shirt. I knew I had to be very careful how I wanted to create this lo for him. I cut the shirt down, recycled the buttons, used his shoulder pads, and cut parts of the collar to outline the layout. I wanted to be cohesive with the pictures. As you can tell the shirt has multiple colors!
I've had a few floating feathers around in my office, so I plucked a couple and added a die cut to emulate wings! Added some sequins and I'm a happy Mom, because my son, is happy with it:))) His words~way to go Mom:)))
