I used a graduated flower die, to cut out a card front as well as some craft foam to create a card front with flower windows popped up from the card base.
Before adhering this card front to the card base, I smooshed some watercolors onto a watercolor paper scrap and used that to back the flower windows.
I stamped a simple sentiment to the front and the inside, which is from an Inkadinkado Kids Quotes stamp set that reads, "If you're feeling blue -- try painting yourself a different color." LOL
