Anyone else have fond memories of those Happy Meals at Halloween-time? :D I used the QuicKutz pail and the QuicKutz treat bag die and merged the mini ghost cut with the pail for this. Used the Making Memories Tagmaking tools and rim for the tag, then an eyelet, a little ribbon... voila!
