Okay, this bag uses a lot of different stamping techniques, and unfortunately the photo doesn't do it justice, but my scanner is broken, so it'll have to do. For the background paper, I took plain red Bazzill cardstock (smooth side up) and stamped all over it with a versamark ink pad to make a watermark image. Before that image dried, I used a paintbrush to apply Pearl-Ex powders over the stamped images to give them the shiny gold look. The flash on my camera only caught the top half of the bag, but the bottom half is also stamped and Pearl-Ex'd. For the Christmas tree, I used a stampin up stamp and then heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. I then took red glitter and colored in some of the ornaments on the tree. For the star, it is stamped on white vellum, embossed in gold and then colored in from the backside to give a soft yellow glow. I also highlighted the star with a few flakes of gold glitter. The gifts and candy canes are buttons. TFL
