I think they were 2 for 1.69 at walmart. They were in the fabric/sewing area. YOu can also make them with floss. I was going to do that (make two per each floss package. Tie off each end and cut it in the middle. But I couldn't find the right color gold floss that didn't look too tacky.

I love this. Were the tassels expensive? Have 2 graduates this year, college & high school.

Graduation Card

Mortar Board Graduation card. I used a square card. For the tassle I purchased them as a set in the fabric department, and the button is a fabric one where I cut off the loop in the back.

I stamped the year in the front and double matted the information on the inside with white brazzil (where i printed the info) and some textured gold paper.
