For this layout I used a cut file from #COAPA Virginia Walker at Confessions of a Paper Addict for the balloons. I can't remember where I got the file for the cake.
I created my own background on white cardstock.
Backed the cut files with scrap cardstock. For the 3 balloons I made into shaker boxes I used Queen & Co Pearlies.
My grandson's 4th birthday party
