Thanks, girls (and guy)! I took this photo of Skyler when he was sitting in front of a black backdrop (that way I don't have to worry about editing out the background). For the conversion, I just duplicated the photo layer, changed the copy to 'soft light' then changed the opacity to 70%. After that was done, I manually changed the contrast till I was happy. Thanks for asking! lol :)
Awwww! Sweet for sure! :) You really do always have the most amazing photos, and this is no exception. Love how you framed the shot with him at the bottom like that. Looks amazing! And your font work never ceases to amaze me. Awesome work, Deena!
Wonderful LO, great colors! How much manipulation did you do on the contrast of the photo, because you did a great job on it.
I would be careful where you put sweet, I know that on our 2 year old... that's not the sweet end ;)

Just trying to deal with my baby turning two!!! *sniff sniff* But what a fun age! This design was inspired by this week's ad challenge as well as a layout by Melissa Chapman.
Journaling reads: soft.strong.sweet {mine} You may be two, but you'll always be my baby.
I used: Photoshop Elements Inked Overlay: Nancie Rowe Janitz Fonts: Century Gothic and Carpenter
