This girl just cracks me up! Obviously, she and I have had a conversation about her lack of sleep and the resulting dark circles under her eyes. And to my surprise, she actually took a NAP (gasp!) the other day after school (the first time since she was two). She was so proud of herself that she decided she needed to lecture Skyler on the importance of eyebrows! ??? Gotta love that girl!

Journaling:
Savanna, I dearly love how enthusiastic you are about educating your brother. But I have to admit I was mighty confused when I heard this one come out of your mouth. "Skyler, if you listen to music, you won't have eyebrows." A little suppressed laughter and a few questions later, I learned the lesson you were teaching him was this… If you lie still in the bed and listen to music, you will fall asleep. And if you take a nap you won’t have bags under your eyes tomorrow.
