each of the m&m frames on the pages are cover frames for tiny 4 picture mini albums that slide into the pocket and is also held by the sheer ribbon. I stamped then stickled the tittle, and the hollys and berries I cut out of paper and stickled, then stickled a brad to look like a berry and attached the ribbon with it.
