This was done with the beautiful May "Grandma's Garden" kit from Swirlydoos. Featuring Glitz's "Laced with Grace" line, this kit is full of Summer sunshine!! Beautiful Prima and brand new Petaloo flowers, along with the most amazing embellies...this Kit was a delight to work with!! The tech kit this month was FULL of Glimmer Mist sprays, paints, resists, stencils and chipboard! Fun, fun, fun!!!
Every month a different designer over at Swirlydoos does an "Anatomy of a Layout". This month was my opportunity to show how I construct a page. For details on this page, you can find the step by step in the Swirlydoos forums in the Anatony of a Layout thread.
In case you were wondering why I would title a page like this "Chocolat"...I will tell you! lol! When my dd sent this pic to me, she had edited it and turned the colors into the most gorgeous browns (kinda hard to tell here, but it is!) When I got the pic She had put the caption "chocolate" undermeath it, and it totally fit the yummy browns and creams in the pic. So I stayed with that and titled the layout by the same name..only in French!
