This is my Goal Page...it's a mini page for my Altered Tin Album. When I finish the tin I will share it, as well. I've decided I need to journal/scrapbook my journey. This is what the journaling on the back says. It's really a little hard for me to share this..but hopefully it will help and encourage others who may be having the same struggle. And just maybe by admitting it all...it'll help me too!

Journaling:
For so long I have struggled with my weight. Each year I start off well with WW and then slowly I give up, regaining what I lost. I don’t know why and it saddens me to think I couldn’t take care of and love myself more. Well, this year I am determined to never give up! I have always promised myself that I would not go to 40 years old weighing more than 200+ lbs…that I would be Fine @ 40, Fit 4 Life! Well, I turned 38 in December. Now is my time! My thoughts are quite different this time. I look forward to making healthy food choices and eating healthy meals. I look forward to exercising and to being able to exercise more, more often, to run and to jump rope. It all seems weird but I am just going to go with it and continue to strive to my healthy weight and to being able to jump double-dutch again and to running down the street with my husband. I am truly enjoying the process. I am feeling good each day! And today, I look forward to tomorrow, to weigh in day because I know that I’m getting closer to my goal!
