I love this! I have a clock I want to alter, but just have not done so yet! This inspired me to pull it out and do it for my dh for our anniversary that is coming up!
This is beautiful! I just love those clocks...I made one using the black frame, put too many 3D embellishments, the hands got stuck and then my page kinda warped... :( What kind of glue did you use? I need to redo mine....TFS!
The background is patterned paper made by Close to My Heart that I am decorating my scrapbook room with. In the Creative Escape 2006 book there are several examples of completed clocks, mine is very similar except I didn't use HS masks for the background, I used patterned paper and I used pink instead of clear ghost letters and hearts. I spray painted the black clock with pink Krylon spray paint (pink clocks are available). The ghost letters, hearts, ghost clock and the clocks second hand were all outlined with Krylon Silver leafing pen. I used Herma repositional adhesive to adhere the paper to the clock and glue dots to adhere all the ghost items and accessories. Photo is cropped to fit. This is a copy of a photo of my husband and I in 1971 when we were teenagers, I cherish this photo of us.
