I love fried chicken. In fact I love fried chicken more than is reasonable. And when traveling one thing I look for is a good fried chicken joint. On this trip to Louisville, KY we found a place we all fell in love with.
With that said, I've never scrapped a meal before, but doing so makes me wanna go back and grab another chicken wing. Soooooo good!
All of this was done with hoarded scraps. I'm desperately trying to clean up and out some of these papers Ice had for the last decade.
