My husband asked it I was going to post this card, because I was not happy with it. It finishes the card challenge for Dec., so here it is.
I highlighted the splashes on the background paper with pens. I splattered with glimmer brush, but it doesn't show the shine in the photo. I layered with glitter paper. I popped-up some of the layers with foam tape. I added gems and a bow.
