This card is for our niece who loves shaker cards.
I colored the mandala. I die cut the letters for her name from the scrapes. I layered a solid green letters under the patterened letters. I die cut the tag, bow, and "happy birthday". The shaker has sequin confetti and seed beads. I added some sequins.
