This card design is lifted from PDJ. It is her Bill's Birthday card. Her card is much better, but I didn't have the stencil that she used in the background. I did a Joseph's coat technique on the background. I inked a background, clear heat embossed the clock stamp, and then put black ink all over the background. Then, I buffed the embossed areas to let the color show. I painted some pearlescent over the clock faces. I cut "sun", and inked it. I cut the green area. The man and sentiments are from "dress my craft".
