This is my snowflaked border. I did a bleach method for the snowflake, then I went over again with a holograpic embossing powder. Hope the scan showed up good
You put a little bleach in a bottom of bowl, not very much. Fold up a pice of paper towel. Put in the bleach. You don't want the paper towl soaked just damp. You want to make it like a stamp pad. Take a rubber stamp and stamp. Hope that desribed the method were it is understandable. I will see if I can find the web site I found it on if you would like. Let me know.
