I really love the way you arranged the two photos with the journaling pieces on both sides, it is so effective!!! Wonderful color and paper choices, and the story behind the page, as well as the photos, is very heartwarming!!
My dad and his brothers in 1938 with their pigeons. Dad is in the foreground of the bottom pic and on the right in the top pic. He raced pigeons when we were kids and had two big coops (lofts) with dozens of pigeons..I even had two..Seabiscuit and Rattleybang....there were always feathers flying around so that is why I put the feathers there even though I don't love them on the lo. I did this for the Swirlydoos sketch challenge and for the two pic challenge here.
