I scrap lifted the very talented Danielle (skrappy33) to make this card for my MIL. She has had a rough year and I thought she could use a lil pick me up. I know the mat is cut crooked on the right but it is done and I can't fix it now, so i am choosing to pretend I don't see it..lol
The blue BG pp is dry embossed with swirls. I also wet embossed some bubbles above the tub and in the title. I used holographic embossing powder so it is hard to see. I also used baubles from The Robin's Nest for bubbles.

*The wire swirl with the ribbon on it is from my SS :)
