Here's the second spread I'd done for her journal of "what makes me happy."
- The left page was done similar to the first spread where I'd done two layers on top of the collage of pictures. This time the pictures are of my husband and me and our family.
- Stamped with paint and ink on the left page "what makes me happy" and the name "TRULS."
- Flower cutouts are from the patterned paper and embellished with buttons in the center.
- Created the closure on the left page with squares of the patterned paper, brads and string.
- The right page includes stacks of strips of vellum of "what makes me happy" under various categories. Each of the stacks of strips was stapled together. Then, the title was mounted on the left side with mini brads.
