Pics from a visit to my brother's new home. The girls loved the open space. 12x15 lo. Thanks for taking a look!
- The coolest thing for me on this layout is to see my new fontified handwriting! Yup, I went to fontifer dot com and had my handwriting turned into a font. So it's not the neatest or the prettiest font but it's all mine. ;) The best thing is that I don't need to feel so guilty about doing mostly computer journaling *and* I can size my font however I want! I could *never* write this small in real life. LOL
- Title block was hand drawn and cut out of chipboard with an Xacto knife. Then, I painted it.
- All flower accents were cut from the patterned paper.

Journaling:
"Here, you are both playing in Aunt Deana’s and Uncle Romeo’s new home in Ramona, CA. The family room is a bit spare at this point as they’d just purchased it and moved in. But for you guys, it was perfect. All of that open space to crawl around in and explore. You couldn’t ask for more at this stage of your life. You don’t have this kind of space to really move in at home and of course, you took advantage of the situation.
Absolutely adorable and playful, Aunt Deana and Uncle Romeo got a kick out of just watching you guys move around. Curious about the slightest bit of lint on the carpet, awed by the enormous size of the 60” TV, the room held endless wonders for the both of you. Another added attraction was the long hallway between the family room and the bedroom. Though the flooring here was tiled and slippery, it presented challenges – and freedom - you couldn’t resist. We imagined you saw it as an open highway – no obstacles, no turns, just wide open space. November 2004"
