Font is Hanson's Hand and reads:
This is a picture of Grandpa Kevin when he was four or five years old. The picture was probably taken in 1960 or 1961 at his Grandma’s house (she would have been your Great-Great Grandma). I see a similarity between Grandpa and Bo at this age--maybe it’s the ears and that cheeky smile! Didn’t Grandpa look cute in his little bow-tie and suit?
