I've used three layers of UTEE and stamped a flourish and a little heart on the UTEE. The string of pearls is handmaded by myself, the edges are stamped with Stempelgledes Grunge collection. The flourish is added with white stickles. "I love you" is stamped with Hologram sparkle embossing powder.
