Thank you all for your wonderful comments, finally all those wilton lessons paid off. :) I thought with 3 girls I should know how to make a cake. It is cheaper than ordering them.

This is the cake I made for my niece wedding on 8-8-04. It made the trip from Denver to CS however it sat overnight at the restaurant where the reception was and coloa syrup spilled one the second layer, I had to do a quick fix and added fresh roses to cover the mess up, no one ever knew. :)
