Oh my goodness...She found the princess within her all by herself! This is so, so sweet! I love the multiple pics and of course your journaling! I also love the swirls - they give it that "Happily Ever After" effect! Great 2-pager!!!
Journaling: In the beginning, I didn't encourage it, I truly didn't. I fervently believed encouraging a little girl to embrace the "princess" label & aspire to all the prettiness & sappiness that goes with it would be doing my daughter a disservice. So I didn't buy her any princess dolls or stories, didn't show her any of the Disney princess movies & certainly never called her princess. But I guess I underestimated natural inclinations because here we are with you at three years old & completely infatuated with princess stuff. You had some birthday money to spend and when we got to the toy department and you had surveyed all your choices, this dress is what you had to have. Hardly a day goes by that you don't want to put it on and become "The Princess of Royal" or "Rosemary" and put on a lovely show of dancing for your subjects or finding a prince to marry. Yep, you're all girl and I won't fight it, knowing I was the same way at your age. Besides, I want you to always be able to listen to the wishes your heart makes.
