Before we took the girls home in June, we spent the day at Hovatters Zoo. It's a petting/feeding zoo with Giraffes, Tigers, Emus, Llamas, Goats, Primates, camel rides and wild animals native to WV, among a lot of other animals.
So, before you go into the actual zoo area, there's a fun playground for the kiddos and directly beside said playground is an Ape, yes an actual, wild Ape. There is a colorful and eye catching sign that reads: "Caution!!! We throw poo on you".
That photo of dh holding our youngest dgd was taken immediately after the ape threw poo at them! LOL That is a genuine look of, 'what was that?' from Emma LOL
I missed the next photo op that happened after that, because I was laughing so hard, the Ape truly spat at them! Missed them by inches and I lost all control of my giggles!

Sorry, I don't normally ramble on about the background of the pics, but I just had to tell that one!

Did this specifically for the Music Inspiration challenge. I was given Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson and I used 'get it right' s part of the title.
