This is one more for my friend's book. I bought this paper a long time ago and wasn't sure how I was going to use it. It looks like the background is done with acrylic paint so I did use some acrylic paint on the tag and on the diamonds. The corners of the pictures are done with a square punch, balloon punch and eyelets.
