September 4, 2005 – BIG Girl Bed Day!!
You were always happy sleeping in your crib. You never tried to climb out. Cheerfully you would call out “Mommy I’m awake!” and patiently wait for one of us to get you up in the morning. But at 3 ˝, it was getting pretty cramped in there, so we decided that you (and mommy!) were ready! While I was happy to see how thrilled you were, I was still a little sad that our bedtime routine would change forever. But we’ve got a new routine now that includes snuggling together and reading. And although you could get yourself up in the morning, you still call out “Mommy I’m awake!” and wait for me. I love that!!
