Everyone else has said it above... the colorblocking, with polka-dot paper that reinforces the "theme" for this page, is wonderful. Love the use of slide mounts as check-boxes - very clever. I'm just glad to hear your daughter's "spots" didn't bother her. :)

This is so cute! And it is an important event to scrap. ONe of these days you'll be thinking ... "What was that drug she was allergic to" ... and you can go back and look at this. (Trust me, the older you get - the worse the memory gets!) I really like the pink letters on the yellow paper, it makes them really stand out!!

This is really cute, actually. I scrapped my 2-year-old having a tantrum, and I've gotten varied reaction on that (not here). I like the paper and your layout!
