Non-Traditional Holiday Card Color Challenge

Ok, had some issues with the posting of this card/project. Hopefully the original post is gone, I don't know. Anyway...

This is the "fixed" version of my card. I did not like the original orange sentiment (though I did include it in this upload for comparison). I gold embossed this sentiment and then popped it up with dimensional tape. When looking at it, one can see a tiny sliver of the original orange on all sides, and that's ok. It has an interesting look when viewed IRL, and doesn't distract from the overall look. Much happier with this version.

Thought I'd be skipping this one, I wasn't feeling it this time. However, I came across this design paper in my stash that had all the colors, and since I needed another Christmas card for another group, this was "born."

I guess it could be used for fall, Christmas, or New Year's, the way the sentiments are worded.

Mostly used Stampin' Up! products, except the designer paper is from a Tonic Studios card, stamp and dies kit from 18 months ago, and the sentiments are from a magazine kit I picked up from a retail store chain.

Not happy with the front sentiment. I may cover up the orange with cream or the green, I have to play with it. Cannot remove it, as that Collall glue sticks hard.
