Yeah... no. I'm not happy with this one. I was ok with it until it came to the sentiment and lower stars. I'm just not feeling it. I mean, I like it, but… I dunno.
The gilding flakes background done with Cosmic Shimmer gilding flakes I had. I kind of like how it looks like there is a burst of starlight coming from the left to light up the sky.
I like the stars, really shiny. When I picked them up, though, I didn't realize they were brads! So went about poking holes for the brads to go through - and hence why I will not be trying to change them up.
The focal die was unbranded when I got it off Amazon a couple years ago.
The other dies and stamps are Stampin' Up retired products, with the exception of the punches used for the sentiment and tree (currently...current).
The card needs something more, yet it really can't support more. I don't know. It bothers me. Maybe if I'd done it with dark brown cardstock instead of black. Ah, well, hindsight is 20/20, and my eyes are a bit dim in comparison.
