Well most of you know my husband has been away again for a while.. Piper talks on the phone now really well which is really cute.. but suddenly she will start sniffing and announce that she misses him and want him.. so cute but sad.. this was her little pause yesterdat asking for her daddy.. I felt bad that he missed out on how cute she was playing.. so what else dous scrappers do but document it lol
My little date tag was reallg inspired by the layout on Jessica Spragues latest photoshop friday layout in which she used a big "you" like that..

I feel so bad right now that you are missing your daddy so much. He has been gone for quite a while, over a month now and still has at least two more weeks away. It is really hard for him when he has to do these long stints. He misses you so much. You change every day and he doesn’t get to see those changes. I think this trip was especially hard because you can talk on the phone so well. It is really great that he can finally talk to you when he is gone. But really sad because you mostly giggle and tell him about your day. Then start saying “I want my daddy’ ” I need hugs and snuggles“ It breaks his heart. I keep trying to remind that it’s better to be missed than not. As tough as it is sometimes I know that more than anything in this world he just wants to be here with us and that makes all so lucky.
