I had fun with this layout - lol! I found the "doctor" clips online and printed them out and colored them in with pens, then fussy cut them. The little hearts were also printed from online and colored with pens. The rest is really simple - Cut a few navy strips and the red/white strip. Then added red borders that were cut with large deckle scissors. The pps are some old ones from my stash of scraps. The title was done with assorted stickers and Thickers.
