Journaling: "I always knew that my daddy was the best daddy in the world. He was always so loving and even-tempered. So, it just followed that he would be the world's best grandpa. We were so blessed to be able to build a house next door to Mama and Daddy. Our kids all grew up here and were able to spend lots of time with Grandma and Grandpa. They would follow Daddy around in the yard and garden and "help" him in his workshop. They were always coming home with something that Grandpa "helped" them make. Of all the things they did with him, I think just sitting on the screened porch and swinging was probably one of their favorites. He would swing them, and tell them stories, and sing to them. Just like he did with me and my siblings when we were young... Photos taken in the late '80's and early '90's."

I just love these photos of my sweet daddy with my kids. The first one is Daddy, Benjamin and Sarah. The middle one is Sarah and Daddy. The last one is Daddy, Joshua, Adam, and Sarah.

The pps and embellies are from "I Love Family" by Echo Park. I use the corner rounder on most of the corners here, added pen-stitching around the edges, and hand stitching along the punched border below the journaling. The border punch is by EK Success. Lastly, I added a few little metallic dots. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
