These are pics of our first puppy, Lucy, checking out her first snowfall back in February 1979. I especially love the photo in the middle of the pages where you can she the snow on her little chin. These photos were taken in our yard at our first little house that we bought.

The pps are from the Snow and Cocoa Collection by Crate Paper. The two largest snowflakes are hand cut and then I used punches to make the holes in them. The middle size snowflake (vellum) was done with EK Success Arctic Snowflake punch. The smaller snowflakes are either punched (EK Success) or little plastic embellies. The colored snowflakes are punched with a Fiskars punch. I added some circles cut from a teal netting flocked with tiny bits of "snow" behind the larger snowflakes. All photo corners were rounded. The little pink metal frame and black brads are very old and from my stash. Lastly, I added a bit of sparkly silver ribbon, some black rick rack and the hot pink/black puppy paw ribbon. Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy New Year :)
