We fed this afternoon and started looking around for the new calf. He was nowhere to be seen, but his mamma was chowing down, so we went to the barn to see if he was in there. He was, curled up in the corner, when we walked in he jumped up and had a very bewildered look on his face, almost like he was thinking "I just took a nap and now my mamma's gone and there's a crazy lady with a camera in my face!" He ran out the barn door and started bawling, and his mamma heard him and got him headed in the right direction. He didn't like being left behind.
